Michael John is a fitness enthusiast who's "Coregazm" workout was featured in the health section of the New York Post in 2010. During the third year of John's fitness profession he has learned that many of his clients suffered with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS) which is a common hormonal disorder among women of reproductive age. John's female clients complained of rapid weight gain and the struggle to become pregnant, this lead John to begin research of PCOS in which he developed a desire to create a comprehensive but highly effective workout that would awaken sleeping muscles surrounding the reproductive system. As he applied the workout to the necessary clients, he began to take note of a particular reaction,proving the success of his Coregazm workout. Teaching Coregazm in New York, Miami, Canada, England and Jamaica, John enjoys traveling and meeting people while exchanging ideas about health and fitness.
With John's added knowledge and experience of working within the film industry for the past 10 years, it is no wonder why John would like to use this medium of film to attract and educate a broader audience to his workout plans. John's passion for optimum health has also geared him into other avenues of fitness such as boxing, nutrition, yoga, mixed martial arts, and meditation. Michael John's creativity and ambition motivates him to continually create and design new workout plans such as "Better Body Basics" and "5 Sets of 20" it is this kind of work ethic and discipline John sets for himself everyday of hopes in attaining his goals to eventually establish a wellness center on his families private island of Saline.
