Phyl London is a Level 3 Master Trainer and Pilates Instructor, Fitness Specialist, Group Exercise Instructor and a Reebok Global Trainer in 2008. She holds a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts and an MA in Education from the University of Connecticut. Her certifications include: ACSM Health/Fitness Specialist, ACSM Advanced Nutrition, AFAA Group Exercise & STEP, V-Core®, ViPR, TRX, and she trains with STOTT Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, and Chair. An expert in Pilates, Phyl has been teaching essential, intermediate, and advanced Pilates to hundreds of women since 2002. She uses a unique fusion of Pilates and multi-movement body-weighted exercises to help her clients achieve a lean, toned physique while keeping their routines fresh and fun. In addition, she has helped hundreds of clients overcome the way they think about exercise and finally achieve their goals, all without excessive cardio.
