Growing up I was never a particularly large individual but somewhere around my sophomore year of college I somehow ballooned up to nearly 200lbs without noticing. (I say "somehow" but I am pretty sure it was the busy schedule, sticks of cookie dough and the amazing diner down the road from my school that put the weight on.) It wasn't until I was having problems finding a pair of size 14 pants that I knew I had a problem that needed fixing.

I tried going to the gym but I felt so uncomfortable doing anything there that I quickly dropped my membership by lying to them and telling the front desk staff that I had to move back home to Minnesota, I have never even been to Minnesota. I went home that night and started YouTubing different workouts that I could do at my house, I also downloaded all of the Jock Jams volumes and that, my friends, was the beginning of the rest of my life.

I have lost over 30lbs, I am happy, I am healthy and I want to share what I have done with myself with others who experience the same hesitations as I did. Together we can achieve our weight loss goals in a super comfortable environment, your home!
