Eager to succeed from a young age, Vincent Lake has always taken full advantage of prospects for growth. While attending school for fashion design he explored many employment opportunities to finance his education and further his career prospects. Of these experiences, fashion styling was a true source of inspiration and a stepping-stone to his many endeavors in the world of entertainment.

Vincent's first foray into styling was as an assistant to his mentor, design architect/celebrity fashion stylist June Ambrose of the Mode Squad, Inc, His premier assignment was working on the set of entertainer/ actor Busta Rhyme's music video for this smash single "Put You Hands Where My Eyes Can See", in the summer of 1997.

Since then , Vincent has had the opportunity to work with some the most well-known name in entertainment, such as Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott, Jay-Z, DMX, American Idol's Ruben Studdard, Mario and Cassidy to name a few. His work with these artists has run the gamut from styling album covers, magazine layouts and international tours, to working on print and design projects. Vincent has also collaborated on several major marketing campaigns, such as a Reebok commercial for basketball star Allen Iverson's sneakers line in the spring of 2000 and a Marc Ecko Enterprises line inspired by Marvel Comics and featuring DMX.

Since completing his education in fashion design in the fall of 2002, Lake has continued to make his mark on fashion through freelance and marketing ventures. He has designed for various lines, including "Cash I$ King" which debuted at Magic in the summer of 2000, and has contributed design for New Era Cap Co. and Ruben Studdard's "Royal Status" Big and Tall luxury line due to primer the of fall 2008. In 2009 Vincent freelance design for the young men's contemporary line name "SYN". One year after leaving SYN, Vincent decided to peruse a career within the fitness industry. He became a certified personal trainer and started his career with New York Sports Club. Since the summer of 2010 Vincent has been helping his clients achieve their goals through fitness and assisting them with a healthier lifestyle as Trainer_Vince.

In the summer 2011 Vincent started a group fitness class within his community named "I'm The New Focus" Bootcamp. After noticing the lack of awareness and benefits of what fitness and a healthier lifestyle can provide, Vincent started this bootcamp. The goal of the "I'm The New Focus" is to provide fitness to a novice who finds gyms to be a little intimidating, but are seeking to make a healthier change in their lives. "I'm The New Focus" bootcamp take place on the weekends within the Bronx and Harlem,NY. At the current time Vincent Lake is still continuing to help people change their lives through fitness. In the spring of 2013, Vincent will be launching his activewear clothing line name "PURESPORT ATHLETIC" aka "PSA". The line will cater the four genre of training Vincent loves which are Running, CrossTraining, Cycling and Yoga.
