I started in the fitness field by accident, literally. after a bad injury and some physical therapy, I noticed something had changed about me. my physique! growing up I was a skinny kid and a skinny adult up to 26 years of age. after that point I was fascinated with health and fitness and began learning every aspect of fitness. I would like to think I had always been in shape considering my dance background yet I was so far from the truth on that! fitness is now a culture for me and one that I have passed to my Wife children as well. and I am just beginning!
