I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 10 years at some of the top fitness clubs in New York City specializing in Pilates, barre, Spinning, strength and conditioning, flexibility and pre/post-natal fitness. I also choreograph and teach dance classes that combine a mix of hip-hop, house and jazz technique. I love my work, and enjoy being able to inspire and motivate people to better themselves physically and emotionally.

Currently developing a class called, "Girl Crush" which is a blend of dance, barre, and pilates.
Has been in 3 fitness dance videos for hip-hop
