Jen is a nationally certified personal trainer and group instructor as well as a lifelong fitness fanatic. Jen's philosophy towards fitness is that fitness is the beginning of everything that most people want out of life: health, vitality, beauty, strength, confidence and self-respect and strives to share the rewards of a healthy lifestyle with any and all individuals looking to improve the quality of their lives. Her programs are adjustable to suit individuals of all levels of ability and are based on strength conditioning, nutrition, and endurance training. On a personal level, Jen enjoys obstacle course racing, horseback riding, Bikram yoga, and body-weight skill training.
